Jorge was a girl whose parents thought that a masculine name would earn her more respect. Made of sugar, spice, and everything nice, she was too girly for her name. A lot of boys made fun of her name. Sort of a sad story. Of many things, Jorge was never affected by the other children's teasing. Walls of seclusion were put up, and Jorge tried her best to live life friendless. Around here 6th grade year, she met another girl with the name George, and they became friends. Them and their families were very happy with their friendship. With their families close together, Jorge's family learned more about American culture, and George's family learned more about Mexican culture. Her (George's) brother was particularly fond of Jorge, which became a problem. "Arms and legs to yourself!" his mother would say. And one day, he bought Jorge a few elephants. The house couldn't hold them, so Jorge had to keep them outside. Elephants can be very loving creatures, and Jorge grew to love them despite how much her family hated them. Cuddled down in their warm embrace, the elephants accepted her as their master. Down the street at George's house, George was interrogating her brother on how he had acquired the elephants. "On this one website I ordered them for only $20! Top that!" Of all things he could have said, that was probably the worst. It made George punch her brother and knocked him out. And when their parents figured out what had happened. Immediately, George was grounded and ordered not to fall into despair. Fell she did, but when she called Jorge for the last time until school started, she was fine again. Asleep was how her parents found her the next morning instead of crying like they thought.

The seven pterodactyls had just eaten lunch when a basket of baby elephants, which had lost their peanuts, filed into the jolly jumper, trumpeting and rolling around from side to side to find some place where they would not be fallen on. Jorge made a sort of wall round them with her arms, and the elephants cuddled down on top of it and immediately fell asleep. After drinking her coffee, Helga, the hopeless, buck-toothed purple platypus who ate Mr. Jones' leftovers, came screaming "Bloody Murder" into the room, chomping at a band of marshmallow children.

The movie was very funny, but it was stupid too. It was about models. It was yet ANOTHER movie that Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson were in together. Ben Stiller and the woman who played the investigative
journalist married after that movie. It was about models and Will Ferrel, who plays Mugatu, recruiting them to kill people (the prime minister of Malaysia.) I watched Zoolander with my brother and my mom.
When I went skiing with my brother, we quoted it all up the ski lift. It was very fun. The man with the hand was extremely random. The models in that movie were not very smart. Most people have the
sense not to light up a cigarette while having a gasoline fight. I thought I found an orange mocha frappachino when I was in Reno, Nevada, but it was just an orange mocha. I was very happy- I almost
called my brother to tell him, but that's when I realized it wasn't one. That movie makes me laugh every time I see it, and I even find new jokes in it when I watch it again. Will Ferrel was a perfect Mugatu for
that movie. He was also perfect for his role as buddy in Elf. Ben Stiller is the same height as I am. I found that out when I Googled him while watching the movie "Dodge Ball." (Also an extremely funny movie.)

DEAN GROOM 10-26-11 This film is becoming additionally famous. {I understand it :) } I had a buddy who saw this production and had a laugh with yours truly quoting it. This man is a slow human- not as smart as your normal big animal with four limbs that has brown fur that can hold out in Montana and Wyoming and South and North Dakota and California and Washington and Colorado and Utah and Illinois and a lot of contrasting spots.

10/7/11 I am most like
... from Animal Farm 11
sentence paragraph
I am most like Boxer from Animal Farm. I have a problem with
questioning authority. I believe that they know what is best for
me, and that they are right. This can also be my downfall, as
authority makes mistakes too. Another reason I am like Boxer
is because I always work my absolute hardest at things.
Whether it's a big deal or very minute, I always go above and
beyond what is required. This can be bad because when other
people who aren't as committed to things, I end up doing most
of the work.

The final reason I am most like Boxer is because
I could be a leader, but I'm often convinced someone else could
do better. I work very hard, harder than a lot of people do. I also
try to make decisions that will benefit everyone around me.
Those are some reasons I am most like Boxer from Animal Farm.
Mr. A you are a very good teacher that is extremely learnable.
9/27/2011 My WebQuest:
3-5 coolest things I learned,
what would I do different,
and my opinion on WebQests
I learned all different types of ways that media tricks us into thinking different things.
I learned that 9/10 times I see a person with a turban on, it's a Sikh, not Muslim.
I also learned that there are many different sides to a story.
I learned that most of us have been duped into thinking that something happened, when it was actually different.

If I could do something different, I would ask more questions on the parts where I was confused.
In my opinion, WebQuest's can really help us understand things in a way that makes us think
about it. I really enjoyed the WebQuest (once I figured out what it was we were supposed to do.) When I started thinking about what this WebQuest was about, I started learning so much about
what I believed I knew, but was being actually deceived about. It was a very good experience.
