This Web Quest has helped me learn about how media effects history in many different ways. I also learned about other peoples perspectives on how the media effects history.I learned a little more about wikis as well.
If I had to do something like this again I would try to find more time to work on my project. I didn't really like this Web Quest, but it might just be the topic.

Dean Groom righting activity
about fighting robots, an 11 year old kid, his dad. i saw it on Sunday with my family. I liked the story behind it, to me it was talking about you don't know what you have until you lose it. it is about a boy who has met his dad for the first time and they bond through teaching a robot how to fight. It tells how standing up for what you believe in is important no matter what it is. for example the boy believed that this robot who is smaller then all the rest could become a great fighter and believed that his dad (who he just met) could teach the robot to box. as the movie gos on the man loses his son to his sister in law, and he tries to get him back a long with his trust.

The ten Nascar drivers had just fuled up when a brood of students, which had lost their favorite teacher Mr. Agamenoni, filed into the pits, yelling feebly and wandering from side to side to find some place where they would not be trodden on. Kyle made a sort of wall round them with his great car, and the students sat down inside it and promptly fell asleep. At the last moment Kurt, the foolish, and wild driver who drew Mr. Jones's trap, came mincing daintily in, chewing at a lump of sugar.

Kyle was the name of a close friend. Made me laough every day we talked. A weird thing happend one day. Sort of strange how he would just leave to become a nascar driver. Of all things he chose to become a nascar driver.Walls would be surounding him while he drives. Round tracks are what he will drive on for a job. Them others would joke around about how he couldn't drive,even though he kept winning. With his winning money he came back to visit. His present to me were free tickets to get in to the races to watch. Great times we used to have. Cars where always one of his many intrests. And now we see eachother less then me hoped. The times we got to see eachother became less and less. Students would always sit and watch him on tv. Sat at the car thinking about him. Down the road we saw him. Inside the pits we would always joke around till the race started. It was always fun to see him. And one day we will get to see eachother more. Promptly after school he came and piicked me up one day. Fell into his arms when i saw him and triped on a shoe lace. Asleep that night, and then we hung out many more times.
